We understand there may be times where you'd like to report a problem or make a complaint. At Frank Gordon, we like to make this process as easy as possible. First of all, get in touch with your agent, representative or property manager. They'll do their utmost to help you. However, if you're not satisfied with their solution, there are a number of other options for you to choose from.
