Having worked in the industry since 2002 within large estate agencies, both commercial and residential, Michelle saw the advantage of working in a boutique company that would tailor make its services to the individual needs of its customers.

At Frank Gordon & Co we plan every detail of a sale from the first appraisal meeting to handing over the keys to the new purchaser to create a seamless transaction.

Michelle liases with photographers and our advertising agency to make sure that everything goes according to our systems.

Michelle is responsible for placement of advertising and liaising with the client to make sure that everything runs smoothly and on budget.

Michelle is also responsible for any maintenance issues arising with our commercial properties, working along side Frank Callaghan to assist him in our commercial property management department.
